Which Pancake Recipe Is Your Favorite?

Research is one of my favorite things, and if one applies the methods of deductive reasoning, by comparing all known or relevant information, is one of the best ways to make an informed decision. Applying this theory when deciding which pancake recipe to make for example, compiling some of the most trusted recipe providers in one place, seems to be a good way of putting this method to the test.

For this exercise, five popular ‘recipe giants’ have been included:

  • Genius Kitchen;
  • All Recipes;
  • The Spruce;
  • BBC Food; and
  • The Food Network.

Each recipe is divided into two sections, preparation time/yield and ingredients.

  1. I’ve been using a pancake recipe for the past decade that came from a vegan challenge I did way back when. It makes gorgeous pancakes. Even though I’m in my 30’s I still make smiley faces out of chocolate chips and slices of bananas, LOL.
